Trish offers a gentle, grounding Yoga experience - open to all women, no matter your level of experience. Come as you are, breathe deeply, move mindfully, and stay for a warm cuppa and connection afterward.
Classes run every Friday morning at 7:45am AND 9:15am - 50 minutes of calm.
Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring a mat (if you have one), water, a towel and a light blanket.
