Our Community of Practice includes weekly mentoring sessions, a digital library of resources and templates, and peer support each month.
We will offer practical support from event management to how to share your Table through social media and online as well as monthly virtual meetings.
We’re committed to walking alongside you - not just setting you up and sending you off.
-
At Her Table Way operates on a 12 week Seasonal Membership. At the completion of your initial 12 weeks you will have the opportunity to continue with us by joining our Seasonal Membership. This allows you to continue gathering with our Community of Practice for the next 12 weeks plus provides access to our Members site.
This Seasonal Membership covers ongoing leadership mentoring, event management support, connection, and the continuation of accreditation to host Tables in your community.
-
Attending a Table as a guest isn’t a requirement to apply. That said, if there's one happening near you, we encourage it! It’s a great way to experience the heart of what we do.
-
No, you can live anywhere!
The At Her Table Way is open to women all across Australia (or the world!) who feel aligned with our heart for community, connection, and leadership.
The core modules and connection sessions are online, making it accessible wherever you are across Australia or the globe.
-
The At Her Table Way leadership formation pathway runs over 12 weeks.
Each module includes:
Self-paced readings/reflection in our members site.
Weekly face-to-face virtual sessions
Optional peer connection through a private Facebook group
-
The group mentoring virtual sessions are your main time commitment for group learning. Additional personal reflection and reading time can be shaped around your schedule. Think of it as an extra 30min per week of intentional leadership development and connection.
-
Yes - while the face-to-face virtual sessions are usually on a weekday, we understand that not everyone is available during these hours. We’ll provide session times in advance, and if you can’t make a session, you can catch the recording or connect with your cohort for support via the exclusive Facebook group.
-
Absolutely. Many churches or workplaces are happy to support this as part of your leadership development. We’ll provide a formal tax invoice upon request.
-
Yes, we can offer a slightly discounted rate for upfront annual payment - it also helps reduce admin for us (and gives you peace of mind). Just let us know by sending us an email or during your 1:1 with Lauren or Sally if you're interested in this option.
-
As long as you’re actively hosting and connected to At Her Table as a paid member, your accreditation can be renewed through simple meeting with a member of our Leadership Team.
We may also check in for a light-touch review and support conversation to help you stay connected and resourced.
If you step away from hosting for a while, you’re welcome to re-engage when you're ready.
“Our mission is to create gatherings where every woman feels deeply connected and supported; fostering authentic conversations and building true communities that reflect our core values.
Our vision is that women across the world have the opportunity to taste and see the goodness of God.”
