Tides of Faith.
Dear Friend,
At Her Table has always been about more than gatherings. It’s about creating space - sacred, welcoming space - where women can come as they are, with their questions, their stories, and their hopes.
We know our community is beautifully diverse. Some of us have a long history of faith, others are gently exploring, and some are simply seeking a place of connection and belonging.
Every experience matters, and every voice has a place at the table.
To help us hold space for women in all seasons, we often picture the ocean. Standing by the shore, we see the sand, the shoreline, the waves, and the deep. Each place along the water is like a stage in our spiritual journey. None of them are “better” than another - they simply reflect where we are right now.
On the sand, we might be curious, wondering about life and meaning. At the shoreline, we begin to dip our toes into faith and new practices. In the waves, we start to grow with more rhythm and intention as we engage more intentionally with faith. And in the deep, we may have a committed faith, and ready to pour into others.
The heart of At Her Table is this: wherever you are, you belong. There is no pressure to move quickly or in a certain direction. Like the tides, our journeys often shift. Some seasons invite us to step further in, while others call us to pause and rest.
There is grace for every place.
As you reflect, you might ask yourself: Where do I find myself right now? Am I open and curious, gently exploring, steadily growing, or deeply rooted? Am I content here, or do I sense an invitation to step into something new?
Wherever you are, know that this community is here for you. A chair is always pulled up for you at the table - whether you’re sitting on the sand or swimming in the deep.
With love,
